Covid-19 Safety Plan

In light of the current events, we would like everyone to know that the health and safety of our participants and team members is our top priority and we are committed to doing everything we can to keep the everyone safe.

As we all make an effort to abide and follow all the recommendations from CDC, WHO , our state and local health departments, we understand that it is hard for our participants to forsake the companionship and camaraderie that comes with this event. Our goal is to host a safe event for everyone and to have fun and make memories. Please see below for information in response to Covid-19:

Race Registration

• We use the electronic waiver signature format in RunSignUp. There is no longer a need for the participant to touch a pen & paper. This process speeds up the racer check-in process.

Packet Pickup

• Please see the schedules for packet pick ups for the race you are signed up for and let us know if you need a special packet pick up time.

Aid Stations

• Aid stations will include hand sanitizing stations and masks will be available for those who need it.

PPE for Volunteers

• All volunteers will be provided with PPE to use in case they do not already have their own.

Social Distancing

• We have some available silicone wristbands/bracelets for social distancing, please see below for the meaning of each color:

  • GREEN - okay with hugs and high-fives

  • YELLOW - okay with talking but not touching

  • RED - I’m keeping my distance. Please note that if you are wearing red, we will stay away and not provide assistance
